Bring the Awesome

This circuit employs a pair of optocouplers to isolate the camera. It also switches the outputs to the camera to be active-high.  For whatever reason, the clock line on the flip flop passes its threshold before the data lines hit their default high state, resulting in the outputs defaulting low.
